Message	Experienced pilots that used to be in the military get first dibs at the position. Same goes for anyone wanting to work air traffic control. Experienced military get first crack at the job offerings, followed by civilians with training. The key to winning is knowing how to play the game. I am diabolically clever and can piss further than you can think...I always win.
